The semi-continuous type waste tire pyrolysis plant is more suitable for processing the solid type oil sludge, also could be used to process the plastic and tire rubber powder. The processing capacity is relatively bigger than the batch type machine, and could realize running 3 batches within 2 days, if use the batch type machine, only could be one batch per day.

The continuous type waste tire pyrolysis plant is the latest new technology, which could run for 24 hours per day and over 40 days without stopping. The continuous pyrolysis plant is more suitable for big scale pyrolysis projects. The most popular model is the30t and 50t per day processing capacity. And the cost of the continuous type machine is relatively higher, but it’s much safer and the service life is much longer. Just needs 2 workers to operate one set of the continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant. It’s more suitable for developed countries whose labor costs are high.
